Return/Exchange Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the product line, all sales are final!
Please open your items immediately upon arrival and test your product(s) to ensure there are no defects. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you must contact Karin (text 210-218-2060) within two weeks of receiving your product(s). Photos/videos may be requested to verify the defect. If the product is requested to be returned to Vibes by Karin the customer will receive a refund on the shipping cost they endure. The items must be accompanied in their original packaging if returned. If the product is deemed defective, the customer will receive a replacement item. Vibes by Karin credit is only offered in the event the product is no longer available.
